What I Do

I have been meditating for over 18 years now.  As a Meditation Teacher, I have one goal in mind: to guide those who seek to strengthen their bodies and live a life of purpose and well-being through meditation. Whether you're experiencing pain, stress, anxiety, or simply want to improve your mental state, I'm here to help you become the best version of you that you can be.

I am the author of "Meditation For Everyone: How to quickly have a more peaceful, mindful, and fulfilled life". I have an online meditation course called "Meditation Basics" and have taught meditation as a community course in my local area. I have a podcast that focuses on meditation and similar topics called "Inspire Me With Jay".
